Our Services
Vestibular Rehab
Vestibular rehabilitation is a type of physiotherapy that helps people experiencing dizziness, vertigo, or balance problems — including conditions such as BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo), Vestibular Neuritis, Labyrinthitis, Vestibular Migraine, and Ménière’s Disease. Through a thorough assessment and individualised treatment and exercises, it helps retrain the brain and body to improve balance, reduce dizziness, and make everyday movement feel easier and more confident.

Headache & Migraine
Physiotherapy can help reduce the frequency, intensity, and impact of headaches through hands-on treatment, posture correction, and tailored exercises. A thorough history and assessment are completed to identify potential triggers and contributing factors, such as neck or jaw tension, stress, or movement patterns. Common conditions include tension-type headaches, cervicogenic headaches, migraines, and TMJ (jaw)-related headaches. Treatment aims to relieve symptoms and help you return to your daily activities with greater comfort and control.

Back Pain Management
Physiotherapy can help manage both sudden (acute) and long-term (chronic) back pain. A thorough history and assessment help identify contributing factors such as trauma, muscle strain, joint stiffness, nerve irritation, or posture-related issues. Treatment may include hands-on therapy, Mulligan’s mobilisation techniques, tailored exercise programs, and DMA Clinical Pilates to improve movement control and strength. Education, ergonomic advice, and self-management strategies are also provided to relieve pain, restore mobility, and reduce the risk of recurrence—helping you move with greater comfort and confidence.

Orthopaedic Rehab
Orthopaedic rehabilitation helps you recover from injuries or surgery that affect your muscles, joints, or bones. Whether you’re managing a condition without surgery, preparing for an operation, or rebuilding strength afterwards, physiotherapy can support every stage of your recovery.
Treatment may include gentle hands-on therapy, tailored exercises, and advice to help you move with confidence and reduce pain. Common areas we manage include fractures, joint replacements, ligament or tendon injuries, and arthritis. The aim is to help you regain strength, mobility, and independence so you can get back to doing what you love safely and comfortably.

Cardiac Rehab
Cardiac rehabilitation is a type of physiotherapy that helps people recover to the best of their ability after a heart event or heart-related procedure. Whether you’re returning to activity after a heart attack, bypass surgery, stent procedure, or heart transplant — or managing a condition such as heart failure — therapy provides safe, structured support throughout your recovery.
Treatment follows cardiac rehabilitation guidelines and may include gentle, supervised exercise, breathing techniques, and education to help you rebuild stamina and manage symptoms. Each program is tailored to your fitness level and medical history, with close monitoring to ensure safety. The aim is to help you improve your heart health, increase strength and endurance, and return to daily life.

Sports Injury
Sports injury rehabilitation helps you recover from injuries that occur during exercise, training, or competition—whether you’re a weekend warrior or a seasoned athlete. Physiotherapy can assist with both new (acute) and long-standing (chronic) injuries, including sprains, muscle strains, ligament tears, and tendon problems such as Achilles or rotator cuff tendinopathy.
Treatment may involve hands-on therapy, progressive exercise programs, taping, and sport-specific reconditioning to help you return safely to your chosen activity. Care follows current evidence-based guidelines to support healing, restore strength and movement, and reduce the risk of re-injury—so you can get back to performing at your best.
