1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions outline the policies and expectations of Simply Motion Physiotherapy (“the Clinic”, “we”, “us”). By booking or attending an appointment, you (“the Client”, “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Scope of Services
Simply Motion Physiotherapy provides physiotherapy assessment, treatment, exercise prescription and related services in accordance with:

All physiotherapists are AHPRA-registered and maintain ongoing professional development and compliance obligations.
3. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments may be made online, by phone, or in person.

Clients agree to provide accurate medical and personal information to support safe and appropriate care.

The Clinic may decline or discontinue services if required for safety, ethical or regulatory reasons.
4. Fees & Payment

Fees are listed on our website and may change periodically.

Payment is required on the day of service unless alternative arrangements have been pre-approved.

Accepted payment methods include EFTPOS, private health fund rebates (via HICAPS), Medicare EPC rebates, and approved third-party funding.

Clients are responsible for outstanding fees not covered by insurers.
5. Medicare EPC & Third-Party Claims

EPC (CDM) appointments are billed privately, with the Medicare rebate processed afterward.

WorkCover, CTP, DVA or insurance claims require prior approval. If approval is not granted or delayed, fees remain the responsibility of the Client.
6. Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy
To maintain appointment availability for all clients:

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

The cancellation fee is at the discretion of the clinician and may be up to the full consultation fee.

Cancellation fees cannot be claimed through Medicare, private health, or third-party funders.
Repeated cancellations or non-attendance may affect future booking availability.
7. Consent, Communication & Professional Standards

Your physiotherapist will explain the purpose, nature, benefits, and risks of your treatment.

You may withdraw consent at any time.

Clients agree to notify their physiotherapist of relevant changes to health, medication, or symptoms.

Clinicians comply with all AHPRA requirements regarding professional conduct, safe practice, accurate communication, and advertising standards.

Mandatory reporting obligations apply where required by law.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality

9. Exercise Programs & At-Home Care

The Clinic is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse or unauthorised modification of prescribed exercises.
10. Use of Health Information for Quality Improvement

With your consent, de-identified information may be used for internal quality improvement or clinically-aligned auditing processes.
Consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time.
11. Website & Online Information

Website content is general in nature and does not replace individual clinical assessment.

Online bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.

The Clinic is not liable for technical errors, outages, or third-party platform interruptions.
12. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure safe and effective care, physiotherapy outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Liability is limited to the extent permitted under Australian consumer law.
13. Conduct & Safety

Clients must behave respectfully toward staff and clinicians. Unsafe, abusive or inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of service, in line with AHPRA professional obligations.
14. Updates to Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The most current version will be published on our website.

Simply Motion Physiotherapy is primarily a service-based healthcare provider. We do not routinely ship products or goods.
If any product, equipment or item requires delivery or pickup: -
Shipping availability will be confirmed directly with the client.

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be discussed before any item is sent.

Delivery times may vary depending on supplier or courier availability.

Clients are encouraged to contact the clinic directly for any enquiries regarding shipping, collection, or product availability.
